Needs Assessment
The Assessment is a rapid, intense, on-site activity performed by Senior GDR Consultants. These consultants have previous experience on large SAP engagements with extensive end users learning requirements. Multiple deliverables jump-start essential training activities and provide required management information.
Project Team Training
GDR can provide standard SAP training to support your Project Team in preparation for an implementation or upgrade. Using your system and the standard SAP learning materials we provide in-depth training of functional modules: FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR as well as specialties: APO, BW and CRM. Key User Development
GDR has developed a certification process to ensure the SAP Key User Team possess the SAP expertise and superior functional knowledge as required by the business. Performance/knowledge standards are first established according to a three-tier model: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Each individual team member is assessed against the standards and a thorough gap analysis is conducted. Based upon results, an individual Learning Path is developed that will support the team to achieve the appropriate combination of skills and expertise.

A customized, role-based, process focused course is developed specifically for the client. Each course begins with a high-level process view, moves to a detailed transaction description (End-User Procedure) and concludes with demonstrations and end-user exercises. This deliverable is an integrated set of materials designed to provide the highest level of knowledge transfer and retention.
Training Delivery (Customized, Live, Remote courses)
Many clients have multiple locations and/or end-users that are geographically dispersed. Our training solution includes development of customized course materials that can be deployed via live, remote instructor using a remote, web-based training application. We develop required courses using standards that will ensure deployment of the course on the client’s platform.
